What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients as a Physical Therapist in a sports-focused setting
• Treat sports-related and orthopedic injuries with a performance-first approach
• Build return-to-play programs tailored to each athlete’s goals
• Help athletes improve strength, mobility, and durability
• Educate on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance
• Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other performance professionals
• Document care clearly and effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license
• Background as a competitive athlete (high school, collegiate, or beyond) strongly valued
• Passion for sports medicine, rehab, and performance training
• Strong communication skills and team-first mentality
• New grads welcome, especially those with sports clinical rotations
