Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and ensure their effective execution.
• Deliver hands-on rehabilitative care while supervising support staff and ensuring compliance with departmental protocols.
• Direct the restorative services division, managing staffing, financial planning, and equipment resources across multiple disciplines.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and uphold adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor departmental personnel, conducting performance assessments and ensuring licensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare the annual budget and review monthly financial statements.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine departmental policies and procedures in alignment with organizational guidelines.
