Our hospital-based rehabilitation team is seeking a compassionate and clinically minded Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients across a diverse range of conditions. You'll work with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehabilitation professionals.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you'll be responsible for helping patients regain movement, function, confidence, and independence.

Your day may include:

• Completing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Developing individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Providing therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
• Helping patients recover following surgery, injury, illness, or neurological events
• Monitoring progress and adapting treatment based on each patient's needs
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and recovery
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the care team
• Maintaining thorough and timely EMR documentation
• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program or equivalent
• Current or eligible state Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-first approach to care
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
