Full-Time Hospital-Based Competitive Pay $20,000 Sign on bonus
Schedule: 4 - 10's or 5 - 8's
Mixed Setting: 75% Outpatient - 25% Inpatient Coverage

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, and therapy staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in the electronic medical record
- Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
