Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist looking for a meaningful role in a community-focused healthcare environment? Join a supportive team at a 125-bed acute care hospital nestled in beautiful Southern Oregon. We're seeking a licensed PT to provide quality, patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Highlights:

• Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

• Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and physical therapy interventions for a diverse patient population

• Participate in care planning and discharge coordination with other care team members

• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

• Flexible scheduling and a balanced caseload
  
  

  Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)

• Current Oregon PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience in an acute care or outpatient setting preferred, but open to new grads with strong clinical rotations

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
