About the Position:

Opportunity to transition into a leadership role with the largest system of rehabilitation hospitals in the country. Be part of a leadership team that is casting a vision for the future of patient care at this hospital. In this role you will lead a team of 8 PTs and 4 PTAs that are passionate about Inpatient Rehab. 50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career where they can make an impact, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of Physical Therapy experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred but not required
• Active Arizona PT license or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
