Pelvic Health Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full-Time)
Full-Time Outpatient Rehab Women’s & Pelvic Health Focus Myrtle Beach, SC
We’re seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing outpatient rehab program in Myrtle Beach. This is a rare opportunity to specialize in pelvic health within a hospital-based setting, offering 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and career development in a community-centered program that’s expanding its women’s health services.
Highlights of the Role

Dedicated pelvic health caseload: prenatal/postpartum, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and cancer-related pelvic floor conditions

1-hour appointments with a manageable daily schedule (no high-volume churn)

Mentorship + certification support: Funding for Herman & Wallace Level I and II courses (valued at $5,000 each) plus comp time for CEUs

Growth trajectory: Women’s Health hospital wing opening in 2026 (48 beds expanding to 150), providing increasing referrals and career opportunities

Flexible hours: Full-time 40 hrs/week (option for 30 hrs pelvic health + 10 hrs general outpatient if desired)
Day-to-Day
-
Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions, prenatal/postpartum needs, and chronic pelvic pain

Collaborate with local OB/GYNs and primary care providers for coordinated patient care

Work closely with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues in a supportive outpatient rehab team

Participate in community outreach and women’s health program development if interested

$15,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) or student loan repayment options

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
