Position Highlights

• Specialized Neuro Outpatient Role: Join our flagship facility, focused on delivering exceptional care.
• Patient Population: Work with individuals facing recent spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), strokes, lymphedema, amputations, and more.
• Dedicated 1:1 Therapy: Provide quality care with a manageable caseload of 8 patients per day.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday schedule with no weekend shifts!

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Loan Forgiveness: Up to $25,000

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• New Mexico license or ability to obtain
• Passion for Neuro & Patient Care
• New Grads welcome to apply
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Positive, collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H1B Visa Sponsorship not Available
