- Supportive Environment: Receive mentorship and training from our Lead Physical Therapist—ideal for all experience levels
- Manageable Caseload: Care for just 4-6 patients per day with 1 hour daily reserved for documentation

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
This full-time, permanent Inpatient Rehab role offers one of the most challenging yet rewarding settings in healthcare. In this vital role, you’ll work with patients at some of the most critical moments in their lives, helping them achieve profound improvements and return to their daily lives.
You’ll treat a mix of Orthopedic, Neurological, and Multi-Trauma cases, seeing tangible progress over time while fostering deep, meaningful connections with patients.
We’re seeking a dedicated professional with the heart of a servant leader—someone who prioritizes patient care, thrives in a collaborative team, and sees this not as just a job, but as a career with purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Texas license or ability to obtain
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
- H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
