About the Role
This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, providing specialized care to patients during some of the most critical moments of their lives. As part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will help patients recovering from trauma, orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and cardiac events regain function and independence.
By working with patients transitioning from New Mexico’s only Level I Trauma Center, you’ll play a crucial role in their continued recovery and rehabilitation—witnessing firsthand their remarkable transformations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New Mexico license or ability to obtain
- Passion for Neuro & Patient Care
- New Grads welcome to apply
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Positive, collaborative, team-building personality style
