About the Hospital

• 48-Bed Inpatient Rehab Department
• Team of 6 PTs that are willing to support and train
• 4-6 patients per day on average
• Average length of stay of 20 days
• 95%+ return to home rate
• See stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions

Incentives/Benefits

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Up-to $30,000 in loan forgiveness
• $1,000/year for CEUs
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active license or ability to obtain
• Neuro experience preferred
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
