  • 65-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit

• See 4-6 patients per day on average with a 60% productivity standard - prioritize patient care
• Diverse caseload: ortho, cardio, amputees, spinal cords, etc.
• Over 2 hours per day for documentation, mentorship, training

About the Position:

This top-tier hospital is growing their inpatient rehab team and has spared no expense on their facility with equipment linke Zero-G, Bioness Units, E-Stim, Aquatic therapy, a real life community-based training area, and more. They are a true teaching hospital with over 300 residents/interns and even a dedicated Therapists/Clinical Specialists to provide mentorship, growth, and professional practice counsel to their Staff. The ideal candidate will place the utmost priority on quality patient care and developing themselves as a clinician.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred *applicable clinical required if new grad*
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
