• Full-time permanent position Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30
• 49-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit
• Stroke Certified & Limb Loss Certified
• See 4-5 patients per day on average - prioritize patient care
• Diverse caseload: Neoro, Ortho, Multi-Trauma, Debility, Cardiac, Spinal Cord, etc.
• Over 2 hours per day for documentation, mentorship, training

About the Position:

This 49-bed freestanding Inpatient Rehab Hospital delivers high-acuity neuro, stroke, limb loss, and multi-trauma care with 90-minute, 1-on-1 treatments and a strong focus on getting patients home. The team is led by long-tenured senior therapists and offers structured mentorship in a true teaching environment, making it ideal for a PT who prioritizes quality care and long-term clinical growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred *applicable clinical required if new grad*
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
