About the Role
In this full-time Acute Inpatient Rehab position, you’ll work with patients at a pivotal moment in their recovery journey. Your role is not just about treatment—it’s about empowering individuals to regain their independence and witnessing firsthand the progress they make each day.
With an average caseload of 4 patients per day, you’ll have the time to build meaningful connections, provide personalized care, and see the direct impact of your work. Whether you're treating neurological, orthopedic, or multi-trauma patients, you'll play a crucial role in helping them regain mobility and confidence.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active TX license or ability to obtain
- Passion for patient-centered care & a servant-leader mindset
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Coachable, eager to grow, and committed to excellence
- Acute Rehab experience preferred
- H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
