Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient (Hospital-Based)
Full-Time Pediatric Therapy Nonprofit Health System
A mission-driven nonprofit hospital system is seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based outpatient team. This is a salaried role based in a large, modern outpatient therapy center serving children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
Position Overview

Setting: Pediatric outpatient (hospital-based)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, no weekends

Treatment model: 1:1 care, 45-minute sessions

Caseload includes: Neuro, ortho, developmental, and other common pediatric diagnoses

Evaluations: No more than 2 per day in pediatrics

Documentation: Integrated hospital-wide EMR system

No productivity quotas — focus is on quality of care

Pediatric PTs work alongside in-house OTs and SLPs in a coordinated, team-based model

Compensation & Incentives

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $3,000/year, renewable for consecutive years of service
