Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient (Hospital-Based)

A mission-driven nonprofit hospital system is seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based outpatient team. This is a salaried role based in a large, modern outpatient therapy center serving children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.

Position Overview

  • Setting: Pediatric outpatient (hospital-based)

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, no weekends

  • Treatment model: 1:1 care, 45-minute sessions

  • Caseload includes: Neuro, ortho, developmental, and other common pediatric diagnoses

  • Evaluations: No more than 2 per day in pediatrics

  • Documentation: Integrated hospital-wide EMR system

  • No productivity quotas — focus is on quality of care

  • Pediatric PTs work alongside in-house OTs and SLPs in a coordinated, team-based model

Compensation & Incentives

  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $3,000/year, renewable for consecutive years of service
