Pediatric Physical Therapist – Hospital-Based Outpatient Setting

Full-Time Pediatric Rehab Nonprofit Health System

A well-established nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their pediatric outpatient team in a hospital-based setting. This is a salaried position within a large, well-equipped outpatient therapy center that serves children across a wide range of ages and diagnoses, from orthopedic injuries to complex neurodevelopmental needs.

Position Details

• Location: Pediatric outpatient clinic located within a hospital campus

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts

• Treatment format: One-on-one sessions, each lasting 45 minutes

• Patient mix: Pediatric neuro, ortho, and developmental cases

• Evaluations: Limited to 2 pediatric evals per day max

• EMR: Fully integrated with the hospital’s system

• No productivity minimums — the focus is on clinical quality and outcomes

• Collaborative model alongside in-house pediatric OTs and SLPs

Clinic Environment

• Purpose-built outpatient center located on hospital grounds

• Pediatric spaces include: Private treatment rooms, play-based therapy zones, and age-appropriate equipment

• Close collaboration with ortho and neuro therapy teams

• Strong support from rehab leadership and medical staff

Compensation & Perks

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,500

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $2,500 annually (eligible each year of continued service)
