Pediatric Physical Therapist – Hospital-Based Outpatient Setting

A well-established nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their pediatric outpatient team in a hospital-based setting. This is a salaried position within a large, well-equipped outpatient therapy center that serves children across a wide range of ages and diagnoses, from orthopedic injuries to complex neurodevelopmental needs.
Position Details

Location: Pediatric outpatient clinic located within a hospital campus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts

Treatment format: One-on-one sessions, each lasting 45 minutes

Patient mix: Pediatric neuro, ortho, and developmental cases

Evaluations: Limited to 2 pediatric evals per day max

EMR: Fully integrated with the hospital’s system

No productivity minimums — the focus is on clinical quality and outcomes

Collaborative model alongside in-house pediatric OTs and SLPs
Clinic Environment

Purpose-built outpatient center located on hospital grounds

Pediatric spaces include: Private treatment rooms, play-based therapy zones, and age-appropriate equipment

Close collaboration with ortho and neuro therapy teams

Strong support from rehab leadership and medical staff
Compensation & Perks

Sign-On Bonus: $3,500

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $2,500 annually (eligible each year of continued service)
