Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient (Hospital-Based)

A well-established nonprofit hospital system is seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based outpatient team. This is a salaried, full-time position based in a large, modern outpatient therapy center that serves pediatric patients with a wide range of developmental, neurological, and orthopedic needs.

Position Overview

  • Setting: Pediatric outpatient (hospital-based)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time (no weekends)

  • Treatment model: Strictly 1:1 care, 45-minute sessions

  • Caseload: Includes neuro, ortho, and developmental diagnoses

  • Evaluations: Max of 2/day in pediatric cases

  • EMR: Same system as used throughout the hospital

  • No productivity quotas; focus is on patient-centered care

  • Pediatric PTs work closely with in-house OTs and SLPs in a collaborative model

Compensation & Incentives

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

  • Student Loan Repayment: $7,500/year

  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
