• Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Hospital-Based)

This hospital-based outpatient clinic is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its expanding team. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, patient-first setting.

  What You Can Expect:

  Individualized, Quality-Driven Care

  • Treat an average of 8 patients per day with 45-minute, 1:1 sessions—no double-booking.

  • Focus on personalized, evidence-based interventions in a well-supported environment.

  • Structured onboarding with shadowing and hands-on mentorship from experienced therapists.

  • Ongoing development through peer collaboration and in-house learning.

  Flexible Scheduling

  • Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle—4x10s, 5x8s, or a hybrid.

  • Minimal weekend rotation, evenly shared among the team.

  Growth-Focused Department

  • Join a forward-moving therapy department with active expansion plans and investments in modern equipment and modalities.

  • Be part of a dynamic rehab team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.

  Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on experience

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

  • Relocation Assistance

  • Continuing Education: $500 annual CEU allowance plus internal training
