Position Overview:
We’re partnering with a well-regarded, not-for-profit healthcare system known for prioritizing both patient care and therapist development. They’re currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist who values one-on-one treatment, team collaboration, and continuous clinical growth. Engage in a structured onboarding experience that includes shadowing, guided training, and ongoing support from seasoned clinicians.

Work with an average of 8 patients per day, providing 45-minute, personalized treatment sessions without double-booking.

Choose between 4x10s, 5x8s, or a hybrid setup to suit your lifestyle. Weekend coverage is minimal and well-balanced across the team.

Collaborative Team Environment:
Join a multidisciplinary therapy group including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs, all working together to provide exceptional care and share knowledge.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: Competitive and commensurate with experience

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500

• CEU Support: $500 annually plus in-house training
