• Sign-On Bonus: $17,500
• Hospital Paid Tuition Loan Forgiveness: $34,000

• Salaried Position: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Nonprofit Hospital, Acute Care: Focus on adults & geriatric patients, including stroke, cardiac, COPD, post-op (knees, hips), and med-surg
• ICU Support: Work with a 12-bed ICU unit
• Outpatient Clinic: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Patient Load: 10–12 patients per day, with a variety of cases (ortho, neuro, cardiac, and general)
• Mentorship: Senior PT with 10+ years of acute care experience
• Consistent Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm + one Saturday per month

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Desire to treat in a patient focused setting

• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
