• Light on-call rotation (~once every 10 weeks)

• Fuel and maintenance covered

• Or opt for generous per-mile reimbursement

Tech-Friendly Documentation

• iPhone and laptop provided

• Streamlined, paperless charting

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced home health PTs are preferred, but we’re also open to strong inpatient or outpatient therapists looking to make a transition.

• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
