We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dynamic Acute Care team within a highly respected, not-for-profit healthcare system.     • ICU, PICU, stroke, trauma, joint replacements, post-surgical rehab.
    • Work in multiple hospital units, gaining broad clinical experience.

    • 30-minute treatment sessions—tailored to patient needs rather than strict time constraints.
    • Average caseload of 10 patients per day, allowing for high-quality, individualized care.

  • Flexible Scheduling

    • 4x10s or 5x8s available (day off varies based on staffing needs).
    • Minimal weekend rotation (typically 1 in 8 weekends, with optional extra shifts at PRN pay rate of $60/hour).

  • Mentorship & Professional Growth

    • Structured orientation program designed to help new grads and transitioning therapists feel fully supported.
    • Cross-training in multiple hospital units for expanded clinical experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $36.58/hour - $52.55/hour based on experience.
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $7,500 per year
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
