Physical Therapist – Acute Care

We’re partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit hospital to add a full-time Physical Therapist to their Acute Care team. This position offers a wide-ranging caseload, supportive leadership, and a collaborative, patient-focused environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for PTs seeking meaningful work in a system that values quality of care over productivity quotas.

What You’ll Experience
Variety in Clinical Exposure

• Treat patients in multiple units including ICU, PICU, stroke, trauma, post-surgical, and joint replacements.

• Develop broad acute care experience through cross-training.

Patient-First Care Model

• 30-minute treatment sessions tailored to patient needs.

• Manage an average of 10 patients per day—enabling individualized care and stronger outcomes.

Flexible Schedule Options

• Choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts (based on department needs).

• Limited weekend responsibilities—typically once every 8 weeks, with optional extra shifts available at a premium rate.
