Acute Care Physical Therapist Hospital-Based Jackson MS PSLF + $15K Sign-On

We're partnering with a hospital in the Jackson, MS area to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role in a stroke-center-designated regional referral hospital, ideal for PTs looking to build versatile acute care skills in a mentorship-driven environment. New graduate physical therapists are welcomed with a structured 90-day preceptor program.

Compensation & Financial Package:

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
  • Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 when fully staffed
