Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Chattanooga, TN area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based outpatient role, open to new graduate PTs and experienced physical therapists.

Compensation & Benefits:

• PSLF eligibility through nonprofit hospital employer
• 4+ weeks PTO
• Hospital health, dental, and vision benefits (active after 30 days)
• Retirement plan with employer contribution

Ideal Candidate:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• New grad PTs and experienced outpatient physical therapists welcome
• Active or pending Tennessee PT license
• Strong communicator across all levels of care
