OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as hip, knee, and shoulder issues, rotator cuff injuries, limb surgeries, partial tears, and more.
Our team is committed to delivering individualized, 1:1 patient care, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment approach. As part of our culture of growth and support, you'll receive mentorship and training from experienced PTs with extensive outpatient experience. We're looking for someone with the heart of a servant leader—an individual who is truly passionate about patient care and dedicated to making a lasting impact. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Texas license or ability to obtain
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
