POSITION OVERVIEW

This full-time Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Stroke and Limb Loss Certified Inpatient Rehab Hospital. You’ll work with a diverse caseload of 4–5 patients per day, primarily older adults recovering from stroke, trauma, debility, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, and amputations, with 70% of patients returning home after discharge. Therapists enjoy 90-minute evaluations and treatments, mostly in a 1:1 setting, allowing for meaningful patient connections without the burden of productivity quotas. Supported by a multidisciplinary team—including a neuropsychologist—you’ll benefit from the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule with limited weekend rotations, all within the broader scope of a national health system known for clinical excellence, mentorship, and career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Texas license or ability to obtain
  • Open to new grads and experienced therapists from other settings
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • NO H1B Visa Sponsorship available
