- Full-Time, Salaried Position: 40 hours per week at our Inpatient Rehab Hospital
- Diverse Patient Population: Work with Neuro (Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord), Ortho (hip fractures, joint replacements), and Multi-Trauma cases

- Focused Treatment Schedule: 6.5 hours of patient treatment daily, with 1 hour allocated for documentation

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are offering a full-time, permanent position in Inpatient Rehab—a setting recognized as one of the most challenging yet fulfilling in healthcare. This role places you at the heart of rehabilitation, working with patients during some of the most pivotal moments of their recovery journey. You’ll have the chance to provide essential care when they need it most, witnessing their progress firsthand as they regain independence.
In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of 4-6 patients daily across Orthopedic, Neurological, and Multi-Trauma cases. We’re looking for a servant leader with a true passion for patient care—someone who is committed to making a long-term impact, not just finding a job. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active TX PT license or ability to obtain
- Servant leader mindset
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- H1B Visa Sponsorship not available
