POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Inpatient Rehab Department. Inpatient rehab is one of the most challenging yet rewarding areas in healthcare—a space where rehabilitation truly begins. As a PT in this role, you’ll encounter patients in critical stages of their lives, providing care that meets their most urgent needs. Through your guidance and expertise, you’ll witness dramatic patient progress and play a pivotal role in helping them regain independence.

You’ll manage a diverse patient caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac populations, working with 6–8 patients per day. Our ideal candidate is not just looking for a job but is passionate about building a career dedicated to improving lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Arizona license or ability to obtain
  • Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
  • Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
  • H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
