About the Hospital

• Inpatient Rehab Unit for a high acuity hospital
• Stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions
• Team of 12 PTs that are willing to support and train
• Supportive and collaborative culture
• 1 hour of documentation set aside daily
• 6-7 patients per day on average, all 1:1 patient care
• Average length of stay of 20 days
• 95%+ return to home rate

Incentives/Benefits

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  
• $13,000 sign-on bonus / relocation
• $250/mo in loan forgiveness
• $1,500/year for CEUs
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• We are seeking a therapist who has a passion for patient-centered care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job
• Strive to be the best Physical Therapist with a heart to be a lifelong learner
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active license or ability to obtain
• Neuro experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
