Position Summary
As a member of an interdisciplinary care team, the Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and provide therapy for a diverse patient population, from post-op inpatients to outpatient orthopedic and neuro patients. You’ll have the freedom to apply evidence-based practices while collaborating with providers and fellow therapists in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans for a range of conditions

Deliver therapy using manual techniques, exercise programs, modalities, and patient education

Document all assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and timely in the EHR

Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and therapy colleagues across disciplines

Support patient independence through home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligible to obtain)

BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)

Experience in acute care, swing bed, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred

Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and documentation skills

Comfortable managing a varied caseload across ages and diagnoses

Proficient with electronic medical records and modern therapy software
