M-F (Flexible on Scheduling)
$35.00/hr plus profit sharing!
Mileage point reward: Full-time staff receive a $450 monthly car allowance
Licensure and/or Certifications:
• Must hold licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant through the appropriate State Board of
Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in
accordance with state requirements.
Experience:
• Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in gerontology and home care highly desired.
