Physical Therapist - Acute Care Non Profit Hospital

• Full-time, permanent hospital-based PT position (40 hrs/week)
• Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) with 1 in 4 weekend rotation (day off given)
• Adult & Geriatric population (Peds <1%)
• 8-10 patients/day 30-min treatments & 45-min evaluations
• Broad caseload: Ortho, Neuro, Stroke, Trauma, Total Joints, ICU, Step down
• Therapists rotate monthly across 6 units (generalist-friendly)
• Tech support available 75% productivity (easily manageable)
• Non Profit Hospital qualifies for (PSLF) Public Service Loan Forgiveness + Hospital-Paid Loan Forgiveness
• 4+ Weeks PTO + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance
• Personalized 3-month mentorship program for new grads or transitioning clinicians
• Supportive team culture with hands-on Therapy Manager involvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding Inpatient Rehab career
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Servant leader mindset
• Acute Care Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
