A Specialized Caseload: Work with children from birth to age 21, managing diverse needs including torticollis, cardiac care, and infant handling.
Interdisciplinary Support: Practice within a non-profit, hospital-backed system that provides the security and resources of a large network with the heart of a local clinic.
Outcome-Driven Productivity: Maintain a 75% productivity standard, ensuring you have the time to focus on quality gait training, aquatic therapy, and pelvic floor work.
The Compensation Package
Base Salary: $72,000 – $125,000
Time for Yourself: Up to 5 weeks of PTO + No holidays
Financial Freedom: PSLF-eligible loan forgiveness + 401k with employer match
Seamless Transition: Comprehensive relocation assistance and signing incentives
