Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho) - PSLF + Student Loan Repayment

We are looking for a servant-hearted Physical Therapist to join our elite team of 85 therapy professionals. Whether you are a veteran clinician looking to specialize or a New Graduate seeking a supportive start, our innovative leadership and brand-new Ortho Clinic provide the ideal setting to thrive.

Compensation & Total Rewards
Base Salary: $72,000 – $113,000 (Based on experience)
Bonus: Up to $14,000 in RVU incentives
Student Loans: PSLF & loan forgiveness program
Relocation: Assistance available for those moving to the area
Benefits: 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision
Clinical Setting & Caseload
Patient Volume: Average of 12 patients per day.
Appointment Times: 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments.
Case Mix: Total joints, ACL/ligament repairs, shoulder, post-op, pre-hab, and teen ortho.
Facility: Practice in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic.
The Lifestyle: Outside the Clinic
Our team truly "does life" together. When we aren't in the clinic, you'll find us at local rodeos, walkable downtown restaurants, or enjoying 250 days of Texas sunshine. The area offers incredible wakeboarding, horse trails, mountain biking, and a vibrant local arts and music scene.
What We’re Looking For
Licensure: Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but we are New Grad Friendly.
Mindset: A great attitude and a drive to collaborate within a large, specialty-focused team.
Visa: H1B Visa sponsorship is not available.
