A True Community Connection: Outpatient PT in the Texas Hill Country
If you’re tired of the "big city" rush and want to practice where your patients are your neighbors, we have a seat for you. Located right on the banks of the beautiful Guadalupe River, our 150-bed non-profit community hospital is looking for a Physical Therapist who values deep roots and quality care. Here, you aren't just a number in a system. You’re part of a 25-person therapy family that looks out for one another in a brand-new, state-of-the-art rehab center.
Why You’ll Love the "Hill Country" Way:
Focus on the Patient: Treat only 8–9 patients per day. No rushing, no double-booking—just 1-on-1, 45-minute treatments.
Community Pride: We are a Top 20 Community Hospital and have been voted the "Best Place to Work."
Financial Freedom: As a non-profit, we are PSLF Eligible, helping you clear your student debt while serving our community.
Flexibility: Choose the schedule that fits your life—4x10s or 5x8s.
The Perks of Small-Town Living:
Lower Costs: Enjoy a cost of living 17% below the national average.
Outdoor Paradise: Spend your weekends on the river, the lake, or the trails. With 250 days of sun, the Hill Country is your backyard.
Peace of Mind: Top-rated schools and a laid-back vibe, all with the convenience of San Antonio and Austin just a short drive away.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $83,000 – $93,000
Generous Time Off: 22 days of PTO to recharge
Relocation: Assistance available to help you call the Hill Country home
Security: 401k with match and full health benefits
Your Clinical Impact
You’ll work with a diverse adult population, covering specialties like Neuro, Sports, Parkinson’s, Vestibular, and Pelvic Floor. It’s a place where you can truly be a "generalist specialist" and grow your skills in a supportive environment. (Note: 1:4 weekend rotation for acute care evaluations).
Who We Are Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapists who bring a "servant’s heart" to their work
New Grads looking for a team that actually takes the time to mentor
Community-Minded individuals who want to join a team that "does life" together
Note: Outpatient pediatric experience is a plus; H1B Visa Sponsorship is not available
