With forward-thinking therapy leadership, experienced Physical Therapists have room to pursue specialty interests, while new graduate PTs are supported through a structured 6-month mentorship program. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $74,000 – $119,000
Loan forgiveness: $200/mo + PSLF eligible
401(k) with employer match

What You’ll Do
Treat 7–10 patients per day
Deliver individualized, 1-on-1 care
30-minute evaluations, 60-minute treatment sessions
Adult orthopedic population with some adolescent cases
Conditions include hips, shoulders, knees, spine, ankle, post-op, and pre-hab
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
No holidays

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduate PTs encouraged to apply
