The Clinical Distinction
You’ll be working in multiple units, including ICU, Med/Surg, PCU, etc., providing Evaluations, Modified Barium Swallow Studies, and Speech Therapy to medically complex patients, many of whom have multiple diagnoses. While other facilities push for high-volume turnover, we prioritize deep-dive analysis, recovery, and returning our patients to their homes.
Financial Security: $81,000 – $121,000 base salary; receive a raise every year!

The Requirements
Credential: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) required - No CFY's available
Experience: While Acute experience is preferred, we have the infrastructure to mentor ambitious therapists with a similar background

- Elite Caseload: Master the complexities of Stroke, TBI, and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) among other diagnoses
- The "Golden Ratio": Treat only 8-10 patients per day, always 1:1 with a patient-centered focus
- Structured Success: 7 hours of dedicated patient care + 1 protected hour for documentation.
- Collaborative Power: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, and PTAs.
