M-F (Flexible on Scheduling)
$93,000 to $110,000 plus profit sharing!
Mileage point reward: Full-time staff receive a $450 monthly car allowance
Licensure and/or Certifications:
• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in
accordance with state requirements.
Experience:
• Two (2) years’ experience as a Physical Therapist required.
• Experience in gerontology and home care highly desired.
