Backed by young, innovative leadership, we provide experienced clinicians the room to specialize while offering new graduates a dedicated three-month mentorship program to ensure a confident start to their careers.
Position: Acute Physical Therapist
ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, Trauma, Same-day, Women & Children
Assigned to one floor per month, rotating so you'll see everything
10-15 patients per day including a good mix of treatments and evals
Team: 9 PTs + 3 PTAs + 6 techs who assist during treatments
Only 75% productivity expectations (easy to hit daily)
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1:4 Saturdays or Sundays (comp day next week)
Compensation & Bonus
$85,000 - $130,000 (based on total years experience)
+ $5,000/yr of tax free loan forgiveness
+ relocation assistance
+ Full Benefits, 401k Match, Health, Dental, Vision
+ $1,000 CEU allowance in addition to medbridge subscription
+ Certifications, and license hospital paid

While inpatient acute experience is a plus, we are excited to welcome new graduates into the fold.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Inpatient Acute Care experience is preferred
New graduate Physical Therapists welcome!
A drive to grow into specialty work is a plus
