From the high-acuity challenges of our specialized units to our Joint Institute, you’ll be part of a collaborative powerhouse of PTs, PTAs, COTAs, and SLPs who actually enjoy doing life together.
The Clinical Difference: Quality Over Quotas
We’ve ditched the corporate metrics in favor of meaningful recovery. Here, you aren't a number; you’re a healer.
Total Autonomy: Zero formal productivity expectations. We trust your professional judgment.
Continuity of Care: You stay with your patient from admission to discharge. No hand-offs, just results.
Manageable Pace: Average 6–7 evaluations per day with dedicated 30-minute treatments.
No Floating: Stay focused in Acute Care—we have dedicated teams for IPR and Outpatient.
The Schedule (Protecting Your Peace)
Standard Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
The Weekend Win: Only one half-day Saturday every four weeks.
Sundays: Always yours. No exceptions.

Base Salary: $75,900 – $119,000 (depending on experience).
The "Fresh Start" Bonus: $5,000 in Relocation Assistance.
Debt Relief: $20,000 in Tax-Free Loan Forgiveness.
