- Total Clinical Freedom: Zero formal productivity expectations. We prioritize outcomes over metrics
- Continuity of Care: You are the lead clinician for your patient from admission to discharge
- Sane Pacing: Average 6–7 evaluations per day with dedicated 30-minute treatment blocks
- Zero Floating: Our Acute team is specialized. You won't be pulled to IPR or Outpatient
- Consistent Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- The Weekend Rotation: Only one half-day Saturday every four weeks (1:4)
- Sundays: Strictly for you. No exceptions

- Base Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
- The "Welcome Home" Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance
