- Clinical Sovereignty: Zero formal productivity expectations. We trust you to do what’s right for the patient
- True Continuity: You manage your patient from admission to discharge. No fragmented care or hand-offs
- Balanced Workflow: Average 6–7 evaluations per day with dedicated 30-minute treatment sessions
- No Floating: We respect your specialty. Our Acute team stays in Acute—no pulling to IPR or Outpatient
- Work-Life Harmony: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Rotating Coverage: Only one half-day Saturday every four weeks (1:4)
- Sundays: 100% yours. Every single week

- Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
- The "Clean Slate" Bonus: $15,000 in Relocation Assistance
