What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services while managing the therapeutic care process for an assigned patient caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, functional, therapeutic, and rehabilitative needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and outcomes
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions within the scope of PT practice
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, therapy equipment, and continued care needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Prioritize caseload and coordinate care needs with the therapy team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of start
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
