Pharmacy Director - CLOSED

212-bed hosptial located in the Southwest (just outside of a major metropolitan), has an immediate opportunity for a Pharmacy Director. Services provided at the facility include Level IV Trauma, stemi receiving and primary stroke designated hospital, 10-bed SICU and 10-bed MICU, drug detox unit, maternal/child and 10 operating rooms. They use Omnicell for their drug delivery system and the EHR is Paragon (will be upgrading in the next three months). Cardinal supplies the drugs. They are due for TJC survey this year. The Pharmacy is compliant with USP 797 but not USP 800.

The director will oversee a staff of six FTE Pharmacists, two per diem Pharmacists and 4.5 FTE Pharmacy Techs.
