Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist Day or Night No Rotation

The role:
Hospital-based inpatient pharmacist position at a 200-bed, non-profit hospital with a newly renovated inpatient pharmacy. This is a true inpatient role with both operational and clinical responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Medication order verification and dispensing

  • Renal dose adjustments

  • Vancomycin preparation and related monitoring

  • Clinical support for inpatient care teams

Scheduling (pick one)

No rotating shifts

Days

  • First and second shift coverage

  • 4 × 10-hour weekday shifts

  • 1 weekend per month

Nights

  • 7 on / 7 off

  • 10-hour shifts (70 hours per week)

  • 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation & incentives

  • Base salary up to $170,000

  • Sign-on bonus up to $30,000

  • Active pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD)
