Pharmacist - Clinical Inpatient

If you’re an inpatient pharmacist who wants real clinical work, predictable scheduling, and a community where your paycheck actually goes further — this role is worth a look. We’re a 200-bed, non-profit hospital with a fully renovated inpatient pharmacy, and we’re adding a Day or Night Inpatient Pharmacist to our team. You’ll practice across the full scope of inpatient pharmacy — not just order entry — in a collaborative environment where pharmacists are trusted clinical partners.

What the job looks like

You’ll be involved in:

• Order verification and dispensing

• Renal dose adjustments

• Vancomycin preparation and monitoring

• Day-to-day inpatient clinical support

This is a hands-on hospital role with variety, autonomy, and a strong support system.

Your schedule (you choose)

No rotations. No bouncing back and forth.

Day Shift

• First and second shift coverage

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts

• One weekend per month

Night Shift

• 7 days on / 7 days off

• 10-hour shifts (70 hours per week)

• 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation & benefits

• Salary up to $170,000

• Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $34,000 in student loan forgiveness

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD)

• Inpatient hospital experience or residency required

• New graduates with strong inpatient rotations encouraged
