Personal Lines Producer

Location: Onsite Preferred Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000+ DOE + Commissions

A growing independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer to manage and grow high-touch client relationships within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused insurance professional who can independently manage complex personal lines accounts while delivering exceptional responsiveness and client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage personal lines client relationships
• Quote, market, and place coverage independently
• Handle homeowners, auto, umbrella, and high-value personal insurance accounts
• Maintain strong client retention through proactive service
• Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities
• Deliver fast turnaround on quotes and service requests
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong personal lines insurance experience
• Experience with high-net-worth or complex personal lines accounts preferred
• Ability to manage accounts from start to finish independently
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
