Personal Lines Coordinator

Full-Time Onsite

We are seeking a Personal Lines Coordinator to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating positive experiences during every client interaction.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently to appropriate contacts

  • Process client payments accurately and securely

  • Schedule and manage client appointments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

  • Coordinate office supply needs and report facility issues as needed

  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Assist with data cleanup and accuracy initiatives during downtime


What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

  • Prior customer service or administrative background preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a client-facing, onsite role


Schedule

  • Full-time, daytime schedule

  • Occasional rotating evening or weekend virtual coverage may be required


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on qualifications)
