Personal Lines Client Service Representative
Location: Abott Run , RI (Hybrid)
Position Overview
The Personal Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) supports clients by delivering responsive, accurate service on personal insurance matters via phone, email, and scheduled appointments.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and service needs promptly and professionally

Document client interactions per company standards

Utilize agency systems and rating software efficiently

Address billing, claims intake, and policy coverage questions

Meet call and service goals; contribute to upsell/rounding efforts
Requirements

1+ year experience in P&C insurance (3+ years preferred)

Active MA P&C license or ability to obtain within 2 years

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to support required schedule (including virtual rotations)
