Personal Lines Client Service Representative

Location: Abott Run , RI (Hybrid)

Position Overview

The Personal Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) supports clients by delivering responsive, accurate service on personal insurance matters via phone, email, and scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and service needs promptly and professionally

  • Document client interactions per company standards

  • Utilize agency systems and rating software efficiently

  • Address billing, claims intake, and policy coverage questions

  • Meet call and service goals; contribute to upsell/rounding efforts

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in P&C insurance (3+ years preferred)

  • Active MA P&C license or ability to obtain within 2 years

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to support required schedule (including virtual rotations)
